ATLANTA -- Authorities have made a second arrest in the March 10 murder in the parking lot of a northeast Atlanta Kroger.
Shontavious Chestnut, 25, was taken into custody Thursday in Pensacola, Fla., by members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force. Atlanta Police said Chestnut was driving the getaway car spotted near the scene where Joshua Richey was gunned down. He has been charged with felony murder.
Richey, 38, was killed after he confronted two men attempting to steal his work vehicle at the Kroger at 725 Ponce de Leon Avenue.
